Tall Cakes are popping up everywhere! I will teach you the steps and techniques to create "tall cakes" that will stand up straight. During this 3 hour class you will assemble and decorate your special creation. In addition to creat-ing multi-layer cakes you will receive valuable tips for serving, transporting, and storing your masterpiece. Space is limited to 8 students.

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry "Lucy and Ethel" couldn't make the gum paste and fondant classes that we had planned to. I did see in your email that you will be having classes during December. I'm going to talk with Julie and see what class we want to sign up for and disrupt for you!!! We had a great time in the basics class and look forward to being in another one. This tall cakes class looks like fun.
